Flaxseed Brown Rice Crackers

This recipe is mostly approximations and I am trying hard to perfect it:

1 cup of brown rice flour
1 cup of ground flax-seeds
3 tbsp of sesame seeds
3 tbsp of Ajwain seeds (well I like to add these.. but very optional)
salt Chili powder / Paprika powder
Olive oil
water

Mix it all up. Add some olive oil. Some water to make it like chapati flour consistency. Make small round balls and put them on parchment paper (lined with olive oil) and press them to form cracker shapes.. however thin you want. They tasted both very thin and crispy as well as thicker and chewier. If the batter gets too thick and crumbly add some water. If it is too thin add some more flour (that is what I meant by approximations, ha!)
Preheat oven at 375. Pop them in for 10 minutes. Check. Flip them if necessary. Another 5 minutes as needed. Voila! :)

The sauce is worth a mention too for its easiness. :D Take a few fresh raspberries. Put them through a hand blender (or if you are lazy like me, put it in microwave for a minute and mix it with a fork. Add some salt and red chili flakes. There you go, a no-chemical, no preservative added sauce in less than 2 minutes. :)

PS: You can change the seasonings on the crackers to make different flavors:
I added minced garlic to one batch - was pretty good
I plan to try with cumin and some cumin powder and coriander
