10-minute Brownie Halwa

Perhaps... wait, no.. Definitely one of the tastiest things I have made and eaten in a while. Not to say easy (except the "cleaning the blender" part). This was my fix for all the sweet cravings after my elimination of most things sugary from my food recently. And it had some of my favorites... like Mejdool dates.. coconut.. cranberries.. and cacao!! :))
Recipe goes like this:
Take 2 cups of pecans (any cup size will do.. it is very tough to really screw this up ;))
Blend it to crumbs
Add 2 cups of Mejdool dates. Blend it to a paste. (This is where you wish you have one of them fast and smooth blenders!)
Add half a coconut (as small pieces, roughly an inch in size, depends on your blender really)
Add 4-5 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao powder
Some cranberries (if the fresh ones, just make sure they are not too tart)

Blend.. blend... blend (I used the 'Grind' option on my old-fashioned blender).
This is after the first step of grinding just the pecans

Transfer all the mixture into a glass container. Decorate with some more pecans and dried cranberries pressed into it. Leave it in the fridge for an hour (or eat right away if you cannot wait)!

Can it get easier than that??!! :)
Slice a piece of it when you want to eat. It is quite filling actually. Leave the rest in the fridge for later.
